Normally I and pretty much most of the male population would say ‘now’ is the best time to have sex. For women the times and places tend to vary a little more and that is more down to the female reproductive cycle then anything else. So thanks to some brilliantly done last minute research done around the office, we’ve collated some interesting suggestion on just when the best tine to have sex actually is.
1. The Day Before Her Period
Okay this might sound a little strange to some people, but according to US sex therapist Laurie Watson. Blood accumulation right before a woman’s period makes the woman’s uterus heavy. Sensual contractions are more perceptible during orgasm and both the labial and clitoral tissue are more sensitive the days before your period.
2. Longer Lasting sex…when you have more time
This is more common sense then anything, but when neither of you are in a rush to get to work or to meet someone for an appointment social or otherwise, then you will be far more relaxed when it comes to having sex. Unrushed, unhurried sex can often be the best sex.
3. AM Sex
There is no doubt about it – science has shown that morning sex is often more enjoyable for both men and women because the body is already rested and ready for action. And the older women get, the more tired and less inclined for sex they become. Men usually wake with erections first thing in the morning and by setting your alarm 10 minutes earlier then usual, you can even squeeze in a quickie before going to work.
4. Workout Sex
Having sex right after you’ve been running or working up a sex is really fun. This is because your body is already flowing with endorphins and you find that the increased rush makes you more likely to want sex and for a woman to orgasm during it without much work.
5. When you’re busy
Kind of a counterpoint to when you have more time. When you’re busy sex is often a wonderful cure for stress. Schedule in a quick fuck with your partner between your 3pm and 4pm meetings. You’ll be surprised by how much more productive you’ll be.
