How to Learn Oral Sex

There’s no manual given to you when you first have sex. If you’re lucky, you might get a bit of sex education at school. That’s all well and good, but no one who teaches sex education ever teaches how to get good at sex. Oral sex is an especially important topic because most of us most of the time are guessing at how to do it. Even people who reckon they’re seasoned oral sex pros and claim to be able to give the best blow job or make a woman come in less than a minute just by going down on her…even they are not the experts they believe they are in their heads.

Porn stars make oral sex look like a walk in the park. Just look at the millions of videos on the net and you get porn stars making a blow job look like art. But they’re just playing to the camera. To give and receive really good oral sex, you have to know what you’re doing. If you don’t then you can wind up at best dissatisfied, and at worst injured.

How to Learn Oral Sex

1. Take a Class
This might sound silly, but oral sex classes are becoming more common place in the modern world. Many sex shops offer oral sex education with practical demonstrations on how to fellate your partner. Simply tugging at a penis or licking a vagina is not good oral sex. Learning how to stimulate the nerves just right is an art form. Sometimes the quickest way to learn is to see how it’s done and then practice it on your partner or f-buddy.

2. Listen to Your Partner
The number of people who don’t listen to how their partner is reacting during oral sex is the number one reason why so many get it wrong. If something you do gets a positive reaction than repeat and remember. If something you do doesn’t get any reaction or a negative reaction, remember not to try it again.

3. Learn to Laugh
Like anything worth doing, good sex and good oral sex takes practice. You will make mistakes, so learn to have a sense of humour about things. So you fuck up a few times! So what? You will make yourself and your partner relax by learning to laugh at yourselves whilst practising.

4. Try Different Positions
Everybody is different. Remember that when performing oral sex. Some people will prefer 69ing; others will prefer the standing blow job (where the giver kneels and the receiver stands) and some will like being licked whilst on all fours. Everyone’s different so try different positions until you find the right one for you.
