Natural Herbs for better orgasms

Honestly when I first read about different ways to increase orgasms, I was expecting an explanation on the many different positions you can try. So imagine my further surprise when I found a list of herbs and medicinal ways to help increase orgasms.

I know you can get a drug for literally everything these days but I wasn’t quite expecting an exhaustive list (beyond Viagra).

So if you’re feeling about gifting someone a big O this Christmas, try some of the remedies below.

Horny Goat Weed
This has been used for years by the Chinese and is reputably supposed to increase the libido in both men and women. Western studies with the herb show that it does increase sexual desire and endurance – 2 things very useful when trying to get to orgasm.

Yohimbe
Essentially wood…for your wood. This is bark from a tree that people have used as a tonic to increase blood flow to the genitals for men and women. Studies show that it can help stimulate the pelvic nerve which in turn causes increased sensation. It also increases stamina and has been known to increase the libido.

Damiana
This is a classic aphrodisiac for centuries. Dating all the way back to the Aztecs it is used to arouse both men and women. In 1985 Dr James Duke in his book on medicinal herbs claimed that it made every nerve tingle with sexual sensation ‘whetting’ the appetite with sexual desire. Traditionally this is supposed to be more of a stimulant for men rather then women, but it works for both.

Oatstraw
This has been used for hundreds of years to calm and soothe the nerves, but it also frees up testosterone and actually encourages production of the hormone…leading to increased sexual desire in men.

Maca
A natural root, maca is another libido enhancer that provides increased stimulation as well. But the best bit? It increases sperm count and also helps with erectile dysfunction. So if any guys out there are worried about limp dick syndrome, just get yourself some Maca root and feel the blood flow back into your little Johnny.

Skullcap
Sounding like a dodgy wrestling move, skullcap actually is a nervine: a plant remedy that has a beneficial health effect. It works as an aphrodisiac to help relax both male and female whilst increasing lubrication and emissions making sex far more pleasurable.

Try some of these out before Christmas and let us know how you get on.

Happy fucking!
