What exercises can increase the female libido?

Whilst the guys are off working out in the gym, bench pressing their way to Arnold Schwarzenegger heights, any girl with half a brain can do some exercises guaranteed to increase their libido and show the guys a thing or two in the bedroom. There have already been multiple studies showing a direct correlation between sex and exercise – particularly with regards to sexual satisfaction in women.

1. Kegels
No it’s not an alternative to Kellogg’s. Kegels is a pelvic floor exercise designed to increase strength to those muscles. Locate your pelvic floor muscles by interrupting your urine stream when peeing. Slowly tighten and hold for 10 seconds. Then relax and repeat again for another 10 seconds. Then try a quicker squeeze and release of the same muscles. This exercise improves blood circulation to the genitals which makes you more aroused, increases your vaginal response and sensitivity and also helps your bladder control.

2. Windmilling
Not to be confused with a sex position; windmilling is when you lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest alternately tying a scarf or elasticised band around your foot and pulling it up towards the ceiling. Hold it for 10 seconds and then switch sides. This increases your flexibility as well as working your abs and thighs. Guaranteed to have you bendy in the bedroom.

3. Belly Dancer
Again not to be confused with a sex position; the belly dancer works your bum and abs as well as increasing your pelvic strength giving you a full range of motion in your pelvis. Kneel down so your torso and lower legs form a right angle. Put your hands on your hips and do a set of kegels keeping your bum relaxed. Next squeeze your bum muscles and tuck your tailbone underneath your hips (should feel like you’re pushing your bum down and under) then perform another set of kegels. Next relax your bum and let your pelvis move backward allowing your bum to move slightly toward the ceiling. Finally move your pelvis from side to side engaging your pelvic muscles and lower abs. Watch your fuck buddy’s face light up when he sees how flexible you are.

4. Partner Straddle
This is an excellent exercise for two reasons; it increases your flexibility and gets both of you in the mood for sex! Sit on the floor facing one another with your legs open in the straddle position and have your feet touching. If the guy is a lot taller just put your feet against his legs. Now grasp each other’s forearms as you press the backs of your knees toward the floor. Lengthen your spines, take a deep breath and hold for 60 seconds. When you’re done if you’re not ready to fuck each other’s brains out then I don’t know what to do with you!
