Research carried out among 4,000 housewives revealed a large percentage think 6ft 5in Clarkson is hiding a ten-and-a-quarter inch todger in his jeans.
The 49-year-old loudmouth beat a host of stars from the worlds of TV, sport and showbiz to top the chopper chart.
Foul-mouthed telly chef Gordon Ramsay came second with women believing he has a nine-and-a-half inch sausage cooking in his pants.
Bond star and Hollywood heart-throb Daniel Craig clearly has a lunchbox licence to thrill amid the belief he packs a good nine-inches under his belt.
But there is not such flattering news for love-cheats such as Ashley Cole and John Terry, who are perceived to be lagging in the trousers snake stakes with just five inches and 4.3 inches respectively.
David Cameron scored higher than Gordon Brown in the General Erection battle with women believing the Tory chief is carrying a two-and-a-half inch majority over Labour leader Brown.
Over 4,000 ladies voted in the poll, conducted by www.F-Buddy.co.uk, an online no-strings dating site for adults.
Yesterday a spokesman for F-Buddy.co.uk said: ‘’We thought it would be a fun idea to conduct a poll which looked at the men perceived to be most well-endowed.
‘’The majority of the blokes in the poll have huge egos so we have let the nation’s women speak up and guess the size of their packages.
‘’At 6’4’’ tall Jeremy Clarkson is a fair winner, but Terry Wogan was a surprise inclusion.
‘’While it will be welcome news for the likes of Daniel Craig and Simon Cowell, it’ll be another blow to Gordon Brown’s election campaign.
‘’The question asked most often by the men on F-Buddy.co.uk is does size really matter in a sex only relationship? Well a quarter of the women in our survey said they would dump a man who didn’t measure up.
‘’This survey is a great put down to some large egos. I wonder if any of the perceived tiny celebs are brave enough to come forward and put the record straight?
‘’It’s not surprising that Robbie Williams is most women’s favourite fantasy F-Buddy, he’s a charmer and has a way with the ladies.’’
Also scoring well in the survey was the (not so) Little Britain star David Walliams, who women consider to have a manhood measuring eight-and-three-quarter inches.
The 38-year-old funny man is clearly doing something right with his love muscle as he's dated a string of beauties including Denise Van Outen, Abi Titmus and in January this year became engaged to Dutch model Lara Stone.
Ranking at fifth place with a respectable eight-and-a-half inches was pop guru Simon Cowell.
In sixth place was portly presenter Jonathan Ross whose pecker was thought to also be eight inches, followed by AC Milan's David Beckham (8 inches).
GMTV host Ben Shepherd is thought to have a member around the seven and a half inch mark, the same size as love cheat Jude Law.
Completing the top ten was much-loved telly host Terry Wogan who sparked a flurry of complaints when he showed off an impressive package on BBC's Points of View in October 2007.
Ant and Dec came neck and neck in the poll, with ladies estimating their peckers at five inches.
But it was bad news for sex addict Tiger Woods whose recent wayward putting on the fairway has landed him in trouble, with his love club coming in at just over four inches.
Last in the poll was bespectacled comic Alan Carr who scored just a miniscule two and three quarter inches according to the nation's ladies.
The poll revealed a quarter of women would dump a bloke if their manhood didn’t measure up to the mark.
And Robbie Williams, Gerard Butler and Jude Law emerged as the celebs women would most like to have no-strings sex with.
