New Year’s Sex Resolutions

Christmas is over and everyone has stumbled back into work yawning and rubbing their eyes. It’s cold in the UK at the moment and I have a feeling most of the office would have rather stayed in bed this morning. That got us thinking though about what to do in January. The first few months of the year are always a bit of a chore. The weather’s bad, the days are still short and the summer seems a long way off. More people are depressed in the winter months than at any other time in the year. Sex is the best solution to this problem and whatever your status (single, married, divorced, separated) it is in your best interest to have as much sex as possible. So here are some resolutions we want all our members new and old to commit to.

1. Try harder
If you haven’t been getting enough sex the only person to blame is yourself. There is always a good match for everyone. Try a bit harder on your searching and don’t give up.

2. Exercise more
It’s clinically proven that increased exercise = an increased sex drive. In the winter it is more important to keep your metabolism stable and your hormone levels balanced as the bad weather can affect your moods badly.

3. Sleep in more with a partner
Morning sex (especially in the winter) is great. Your body is already naturally relaxed before the day’s stresses kick in and having a romp before work is the best way to start. You’ll be more productive trust me.

4. Try new positions
If you’ve become stuck in the same old routine then now is the time to try something new. Be spontaneous and try a few new positions to get your motor revving.

5. Masturbate More
Bet you never thought you’d hear a blog recommend masturbating more frequently, but it’s proven to help reduce stress and calm your demeanour. If you’re horny and home alone give it a go and remember to give yourself time with your body.

6. Take the ‘Every Day’ Challenge
Reckon you can have sex every day for a month? Put it on your to do list for the coming month and see how far you can get.

7. Talk more sex
By this I mean start flirting and being more suggestive with your partners and/or any potential partners. It’s time to let your brain take control and guide you towards the best sex in 2015

8. Explore Fantasies
It’s time to explore your imagination and try out any fantasies that have been brewing in your head. Don’t be afraid to explore your desires with another partner.
