Men or Women?

Looking at the number of both male and female members on this site it would be safe to say that both have an equally large appetite for sex. The question is; does one gender want it more than the other?

We did a little investigating to find out.

The Stereotypes

Myth 1: Men want sex more than women.
Reality: Women want sex just as much as men do.

It has long been established that men want sex all the time and according to Edward O Laumann (who holds a PhD in Sociology at the University of Chicago) the majority of men under 60 in the world think about sex at least once a day.

However women think about sex at least several times a day according to surveys conducted by the Huffington Post and hundreds of online magazines. Back to the drawing board Doctor Laumann.

Myth 2: Men enjoy sex more than women.
Reality: Women enjoy sex more than men.

We suspected this all along but it was nice to see our theory backed up with solid facts from several dozen articles in Vogue and other women’s magazines and hundreds of confessions from women online citing longer and more pleasurable orgasms derived from sex. Also lots of women like to have sex more frequently because they simply crave the body of another person and the feeling of a man inside them.

Myth 3: Women are more likely to turn down sex
Reality: Men are more likely to turn down sex

Another stereotype debunked. New research and survey results show that men are now more likely to turn down sex then women citing ‘stress’, ‘dissatisfaction with own body’ and ‘low libido’.

Myth 4: Women’s sex drive decreases with age
Reality: Women’s sex drive increases with age

Worldwide studies from the past decade show that women between the ages of 27 through to 45 have more sex and more frequent and intense sexual fantasies then those of 27 and under. Contrary to social conditioning – women’s sex drive races ahead of men’s the older they get.

Welcome to reality
Both sexes enjoy…sex, but it is women who currently appear to have a higher sex drive then men. The sheer weight of female members on our site would seem to back that up alone.

However at the end of the day both sexes should feel secure that there are at least an equal amount of people out there all thinking about and doing the same thing. Having a fuck buddy no longer seems quite the stigma it once was.
Fri, 24 May 2013 08:42:09 +0000 jeni 620 at https://www.f-buddy.co.uk https://www.f-buddy.co.uk/blog/sex-drive-whose-higher#comments
