Most people have a morning routine. A typical one may go something like this. Their alarm goes off and they hit the snooze button *every day* and stay in bed for an extra 10 minutes. They then are running 10 mins late, so they jump out of bed grab a shower, maybe a shave, brush their teeth. Some kind of breakfast is usually involved at this point. This could be anything from a fully cooked affair through to just a hot cup of strong coffee. Then they are out the door and on their way to work. At the point that they leave the house, they are not feeling that great. I am not saying that they necessarily are feeling bad, but it isn’t exactly the most exciting way to start the day, is it? I mean that’s not going to make you enter your day full of positivity and happiness, ready to welcome what joys life delivers to you, as well as embrace the challenges that come with it as gifts. People have natural cycles, and they all differ. Some people want to have sex in the daytime, most people want to have sex at night, and some people want to have sex in the mornings.
