Most people have a morning routine. A typical one may go something like this. Their alarm goes off and they hit the snooze button *every day* and stay in bed for an extra 10 minutes. They then are running 10 mins late, so they jump out of bed grab a shower, maybe a shave, brush their teeth. Some kind of breakfast is usually involved at this point.
